30-day satisfaction guarantee

We want you and your pet to love your Furbuddy purchase. If you're not completely happy, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

What can be returned

• Unopened and unused products in original packaging.
• Grooming tools and accessories that are clean and in resellable condition.
• Items with proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation).

What cannot be returned

• Opened consumables such as balms, shampoos, or treats for hygiene reasons.
• Items damaged through misuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear.
• Gift cards and promotional items.

How to return an item

To start a return, contact us at thefurbuddyadmin@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll provide a return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us right away. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. We'll send you an email notification once your refund has been issued.
